  • Returns are accepted for undershirts purchased on our website, provided they meet the following conditions:
    • Not worn
    • Not washed
    • Intact, in their original condition, with all tags still attached
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned or refunded.
b) Return Period
  • You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with legal provisions.
2. Return Procedure
a) Steps to Initiate a Return
  1. Return Form: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a return form and a tracking number.
  2. Return Address: Once the form is completed, send your product to the following address:

  3. Product Shipping: Ensure the product is carefully packed to avoid damage during transport. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
b) Return Costs
  • For Hidden Defects or Non-Conformity: If the product has a defect or does not match your order, return costs will be covered by Libafar SAS. A prepaid return label will be provided by our customer service team.
  • For Change of Mind: If you decide to return a product without any defect or non-conformity, the return costs will be at your expense.
3. Refund Processing
a) Refund Timelines
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions (not worn, not washed, intact), we will process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the product is received and validated.
b) Refund Method
